When setting this up, please ensure the employment tab within application form/s use system standard Date From and Date To as below:
When a candidate is completing their application, the alert appears as an extra box.
The candidate is prompted to add a 'reason for gap'.
The Employment Gaps feature automatically calculates any gaps in a candidate’s employment history of greater than 30 days and prompts them to enter a reason for the gap. |
When a candidate has provided a gap reason, then a ‘gap’ icon (highlighted below) is displayed on the client-side list of candidates page. The details are also shown in the candidate's record employment section.
